FOUND, ELM Street, Grinnell: A large grey cat with a white bib and white paws has been coming to our back door for the past few days. He is very polite. He's pretty skinny. Leave a comment on this blog or contact PALS if you know this cat.

We have several dogs at the shelter who have been picked up as strays:
1 very large black labrador mix (maybe Newf-Lab), male, found in Montezuma
1 large black lab, male
1 medium black lab mix, female, white mark on chest - found in Grinnell
1 medium pitbull/lab mix, female white mark on chest-found in Grinnell
1 medium black mixed breed, maybe border collie mix, white mark on chest, female - found in Grinnell
These dogs are all available for adoption. If one of them belongs to you, call PALS now to claim your dog. There is a boarding fee.
FOUND:
We found a dog last Sunday at Rock Creek Lake. She is about 25 lbs, tan with a tan collar. She is very sweet and loves people. We have been taking care of her, but we really need to find her owner. Our number is 236-8416 or 236-1310.
Found, northeast of Grinnell, very young white kitten with blue eyes. Please contact this blog if you own or would like to adopt this kitten.
